Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie!

With summer just around the corner, thoughts of warm weather food begin to come up! Hamburgers, hotdogs, watermelon and lemonade all can be tasty but why not add some variety? These past few weeks I have probably made smoothies more than in my entire life. Not only can they be full of nutrients but they taste delicious! This recipe is one that I have been drinking regularly and it also fills me up real quick. If you are a fan of peanut butter and bananas, this is the meal for you!


2 Frozen Bananas

¼ Cup of Oats

¾ Cup of Milk

¼ Cup of Peanut Butter

¼ Cup of Yogurt

1 Tablespoon of Honey

After putting all the Ingredients in the blender, start to blend! If the smoothie seems too thick, add more milk. If it seems too watery, you can add more oats or bananas. Make sure it’s all mixed well together because you don’t want to find chunks when enjoying your smoothie! Also, feel free to be creative and add different kinds of ingredients. Some ideas could be cinnamon, chopped nuts, chocolate, or really anything that sounds good to you! It’s fun, tasty and easy, so go try it out!
