Homemade spiced cider

Hey ladies!

Fall has officially arrived, which means it’s time for cozy sweaters, crisp mornings, football games on Friday nights, and of course… APPLE CIDER!

Here are a few easy steps to turn regular apple juice into a delicious cup of homemade spiced cider.

  • apple juice
  • caramel topping
  • cinnamon
  • cloves
  • whipped cream

  1. Heat up the apple juice in a sauce pan on very low heat. Try to not let it boil.
  2. Add spices, one clove and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon per cup of apple juice
  3. Using a spoon, take a small amount of caramel topping and coat the inside of the mug you’ll be drinking out of… do this right before you pour in the cider, so the caramel doesn’t all go to the bottom of the mug
  4. Pour your cider into your mug
  5. Top with whipped cream
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or caramel

And enjoy! Just as good as Starbucks, but cheaper and more fun, too!
