Easy Pumpkin Pie Dip!

I don’t know about you all, but my favorite part about fall is all the yummy PUMPKIN stuff! Pumpkin lattes, pumpkin scented candles, pumpkin desserts… and pumpkin pie, of course. Here’s a great pumpkin pie dip recipe. It tastes just like pumpkin pie, but it’s much easier to make!

You’ll need:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp cloves (optional)

1/4-1/2 cup caramel sauce, store bought or homemade (optional, but highly recommended!)

Graham crackers or gingersnap cookies to dip!

Here’s how you do it:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer on low speed, blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  2. Once the cream cheese and sugar are mixed, increase the mixer to medium and beat for 1 minute until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add in pumpkin, sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves, and mix until smooth and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with caramel sauce (optional), and serve with crackers and/or cookies! Make sure to refrigerate in an air tight container to store.
